Pumping 101 help
I’ve read it over and over, and it states:

2 other big gainers from pumping Peforeal and Gprent also say they only do 5-8 minute in the tube at the time. So what is it? Should I go up to 15 and 20 minute sessions or do the same time and keep the session in the pump to 5-10 minutes? I’m also slowly building up stretching and jelquing so I’ll be at the start of the newbie routine (5 minute stretch, 10 minute jelq) by week 6.
