I’m a hard gainer, but recently I’ve been getting great gains in girth and length ( especially flaccid length ) with a routine that looks something like this.
Right when I wake up I do the following :
Massage / warm up.
30 minutes dry jelq.
2 sets of a whatever I feel like doing, sometimes stretches, sometimes I do something for girth.
10 - 20 minutes of pumping. Depending on how erection quality is feeling I might do more.
As soon as I finish pumping, I wrap my dick lightly in an ace bandage so that it stays extended in an ADS kind of way.
at around midnight or whenever I might go to bed, I take of the ace bandage, and then pump for about 5 - 10 minutes at light pressure. I usually get noticeably harder morning wood when I pump before bed.
I do this routine 6 days on 1 day off. I also always take rest if my EQ starts to go down. However I always wear my ace bandage ads even on rest days. I figure what good is it to rest if the rest is going to make you heal in a smaller state.
