at what size did you start out?

Each dick is different, obviously. At my current levels if I go at that level I’d get major doughnut. I find my ideal pressure range is around 5 for most of the pump. I pump up to 8 very very briefly to see what extra stretch I get.

The idea of the paper tube is to avoid a hospital visit if the penis behind the tube gets to engorged.

I was wondering how you guys hit such high pressure without the cylinder cutting into your pelvic area? I can hit 15hg but the pressure it puts on my pelvic area is to much.

Size? Pre-PE length/girth stats or cylinder size?

That really is a function of the type of cylinder you get. Pressure on the pelvic region is inevitable, but it can be mitigated. I try to find tubes with flared or rounded/beveled edges for comfort. I have a straight edge tube that doesn’t get much play anymore because it hurt like hell. My number one focus when selecting a tube is comfort. Past that, once you’ve solidly packed the tube wall to wall more than halfway, increasing the pressure becomes easier. Once fully packed, it’s exponentially easier, but also more risky since blistering can occur. Never had one and I’ve heard they are quite painful so I watch like a hawk.
