They are the sign of INJURY.

Newbies, be advised that blisters and red spots are the sign of wrong technique, excessive vacuum pressure and/or time of exposure to vacuum.

If the pumping hasn’t contributed to your gains, why do you do it? In particular, why do you do it at such extreme levels?

New_member, Mr P-P, and anyone else: Has pumping at higher-than-recommended-at-Thunder’s levels given you any gains, in particular length gains?

I tried pumping for a brief while, and I still do it from time to time. But I’m one of those people who feels next to nothing when I pump in the recommended 4-6 range.

There is no form of PE that I know of that is guarranteed to produce gains for everybody. If you read enough here in this forum, though, you’ll find that most of the guys who do their pumping routine regularly and stay with it do report gains. Sorry it hasn’t worked for you. If hanging produces better result for you, then you should hang.

Blisters are not only painful but often take a long time to heal; and, during the healing time you have to lay off PE, and sometimes sex and masturbation. This isn’t a sign of progress. Red dots are exploded capillaries - injuries to the penile vascular system. I know that there are guys here at Thunders who regard them as a good sign. I do not, as I am trying to build the most efficient penile vascular system I can.

Hate to bring up an old dead thread, but i read this one and ended up with some questions.

but I get them no matter what I do.

Does that mean I am doing everything wrong.

I have pumped at 7hg and at 2.5hg and I got just as many red spots from either one.

I get them jelqing (light or intense) even power jelqing.

Hell I even get some stretching, basically I just always get them.

So does that have to mean I doing everything wrong?

I have been trying the low hg pumping for a month now, and I dont even start to pack the tube at all, except for the base.

And I have been following the directions to a tee.

Tonight I decided to go back to the increasing 1 hg every set, and I am halfway finished now and halfway packing the tube as well.

Could it be that this is the best way for me personally, or am I expecting to see more than I am at the lower hg’s.

Sometimes people get red spots from infected pores that clog with lub and when you pump it makes the pores build up pressure and get infected and turn red

OK, heres what happened at the end of my pump session last night.
First off as I have stated above, I have tried the low hg routine for the past month.
Well last month is the first month where my dick showed no signs of enlargement, actually no signs of anything.
I never even came close to packing the tube, except around the seal.
And I believe that is only because I have loose skin around there.

Last night I started at 3 hg for ten minutes.
Then 4 hg for ten minutes.
Then clamped for ten minutes.
Then 5 hg for 15 min.
Then another at 5 hg for 15 min. after a massage.
Then clamped for ten min.
Then I pumped for 15 min. alternating from 5hg to 7 hg.
Then I did my last set of clamping for ten min.

Well heres why I am wondering if low hg’s are for me.
After all that I pretty much packed the tube, with no lymph build up at all.
Completely swollen and hard.
I decided to do one more round but at the low hg to see if anything would happen.
I pumped to 3.5 hg and left it on for 40 min. ,and even though I was already swollen, I didnt pack the tube at all except around the base and about an inch up the shaft.

So does this mean that under 4 hg is just not enough to do anything for me?
Should I consider a low hg pump to be between 4 and 5 hg.
I want to try this low hg routine, but there is a point where to low is worthless.
Does anyone else feel the same on this. I know everyone reacts different to exercises, so maybe my level of low is higher than other peoples low level.

same here… I pump at 15 regularly.. no more than 15 min. I will ‘burst’ up to 20 for a minute then drop back down to 10..back up to 15 then 20 .. repeat.. no donuts.. no lymph build up.. I will take a 2 day break when I don’t feel ‘pumped’.

If it is not the lube that is clogging the pores then it is you natural oils that you produce. Plus I am thinking if it is close to the hair line it might be an ingrown hair. Caused by the natural oils in our body clogging up the hair follicles and when the hair starts growing it has to grow somewhere and since the hair follicles is clogged with oil it grows inward.

I agree that you have the most sensible approach to pumping and great advice. Your routine makes sense for many people.

1. I think whether pumping works in the long term is not always an issue. It works in the short term almost 100% of the time and that is reason enough to do it.
2. So by combining other methods like jelqing or clamping you actually shorten the time in the tube (to get the same effect) and actually can produce indisputable gains.
3. I think pumping should be a part of anyone’s routine, for no other reason than, it keeps you coming back. This is why people can pump for many years and not really care if it give permanent gains.

Many people treat pumping like steroids - one pill is good, then two pills are better. How do argue with the guy that just put on 20lbs and increased his bench by 100lbs? You just say, talk to me in 5 years and we will see where you are at.

Sometime when I pump at very high vacuum pressures I can stretch my penis by 1 inch in about 30 to 40 minutes of pumping but it usually goes back to normal after a while.

I release the vacuum every 30 seconds when pumping at high vacuum levels.

When I pump at high vacuum levels I use an inner tube. I stretch it over the mouth of the cylinder and it is long enough to reach to the other end of the cylinder.

Using an inner tube is must if you pump at high vacuum levels.

WARNING: Beginners should not pump higher than about 3 - 4 HG to start with before trying to pump higher than that.
