Pumping , Extending , And Constant Heat During Both. How ?

Pumping , Extending , And Constant Heat During Both. How ?

I have been pumping semi seriously for like 3 months. I just joined thunders but have been looking at it for about a year. Searching about PE on Google and reading threads. One of my biggest goals is to first determine how possible girth gains are from pumping and stretching. I got a Jess extender about two years ago. I didn’t keep record of the dates/gains but I do know I gained about an inch in length in roughly 5 months. Average of 4 hours a day of extreme traction. But I also lost about 60 pounds during that time so, although I’ve gained I can’t confidently say it was because of the extender. So with that and the diverse testimonies of pumpers I struggle to find hope for a better quality of life. I am 7.5” BPEL and a little over 5” EG. I am going for as much girth as I can obtain. I’m just so scared of wasting my time. Life is short. I don’t wanna miss time with my wife and kids unless it will be worth it. I will be pumping and extending religiously as soon as me and the family move to our new home which is very soon. Life is just so crazy right now and everything is in storage. So, from what I understand heat is the difference between gains and no gains for most. I really need detailed advice on incorporating constant heat with my future routine. Mostly with pumping.

I should also add that I have an air pump. I’m sure I will be asked.

I’ve gained about 3/4” girth from pumping. 4.75” to 5.5” girth. I don’t know exactly how long it took. I’ve been pumping 15 years, but I gained sooner than that.

I use a Thermipaq clay heat pad and wrap it around the cylinder while pumping. It stays warm for 10-15 mins. Heats in a microwave.

I put on a cock ring and edge for 10 - 15 mins between pump sets to restore circulation. It also enhances girth between sets.

Those are great girth gains. If you had to make the best estimation, how long did it take to get that cemented ? Where’s the best place to get the Thermipaq ?

I have been pumping for four years and gained .85” in girth. Nothing perminant in the first six months. About 1/2 inch in the following 9 months. The rest over the following 2 plus years. I rarely used heat; however, I occasionally used a hair dryer to keep things warm during a pumping session.

How long were your sets and what were you pumping at ?

I started with a 20 minute set in the am and a 20 minute set before bed at 5 hg, five days a week. After six months, I substituted one set a week at 4 hg for 45 - 60 minutes and one 30 minute set of pulse pumping..

What is pulse pumping sir ?

I really don’t know how long it took. I don’t measure very often and don’t keep a log. Maybe 5 years ?

You can find the Thermipaq at most drug stores or dept stores like Target.
Maybe try Amazon.

Pumping for a few minutes at 5 hg and then reduce vacuume to to 2 - 3 hg for a few minutes. Repeat the procedures for 20to 30 minutes.
