Pumping for length gains

I hope asking my question here is okay.

I just go my first pump a week ago and have been pumping twice for 15-20 minutes twice a day at 5-6hg. During one session I measured an increase in pumped length of about 1-1.5cm. However during most sessions I see barely any increase in length at all. Should I increase the pressure to create a higher stretch?

I’m back at pumping (for length) after an extented break here. Tried a routine for 4 months 2 years ago without success, but will try it longer this time.

30-35 minutes of heated pumping, varying pressure from 3hg to 7hg (3-4-5-6-7-3-5-7-3 etc) x 1 to 3 times a day. Will also start using my CTC DP4000.

No jelquing and anti-turtling Xsleeve this time, no time for it. Curious to see if I’ll gain if I stick with my pump only routine.

No. Stay at -5 inHg. Increase time as you become more accustomed to the pump schedule.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

I do find it very beneficial to pump upon rising no pun intended with a morning stiffy and keep it for as long as possible I imgine this to be where my gains come from

Pumped with heat pad for a good few hours yesterday and managed to pack the 1.75 inch tube finally.

Going to incorporate jelqs with warm oil into the mix a bit more also.

Wear a oxballs cockring pretty much all day long.

At the gym now doing a leg day first in a month.. Due to injury.. Hoping to release huge ammounts of HGH as coming up to my 40th.and not that I feel weak
.but strength has decreased a bit..

Onwards and upwards.

Also played with pinching rubber tubing from breast pump to cylinder to get a couple extra hgs.. Helping with the packing!
