Almost the same as normal. A little bit more pressure immunity [at least in my case since my penis is the hardest while cumming].

I wouldn’t be able to get erect again for least 20 minutes and that’s if I’m lucky. But I do wanna try it at least once. I’ve came while in my bathmate before but immediately stopped pumping cause this is when I was a novice and knew nothing about PE.

What’s the benefit of doing this? Or more for stimulation?

I go into the tube flaccid some times. Create a vacuum and slowly flex my pc muscle. At some point of mid flex allows the blood to be sucked into my penis and I can certainly tell when I am at Max errection.

I find going back into the pump after cumming is one of the most important ways too hold onto gains. 20 to 30 mins in the pump at low pressure @ 4 in/Hg and it adds to the general flaccid size for me if I hang some weight on my balls at the same time. However if you are the type that really shrinks after ejaculation you may find this difficult, or painful. In my mind, experimentation at low pressure should negate any need to ask questions like this as well. Try different things at low pressure and you will find what works for you. Its all about the gentle change over time on the soft tissues when erect. Don’t forget keep kegels whilst you pump, and learn all the exercises associated with them that increases blood flow and muscle condition to the pelvis region. Don’t just sit there with a pump as there are big gains available if you exercise whilst pumping in my experience.
