It’s too early too say. I do have very positive expectations for it though. I’m measuring my longest ever BPEL at the moment if that’s any sign. Dongalong says he has 3.5mm per month which he feels is slow, but if you compare it to any other long term method (after newbie gains) it’s a very respectable result.

Last night I didn’t have nearly as much sensetivity, and pumping felt more borring. More difficult to get erections, kept going limp in the tube. I guess adjusting to 6 days a week is going to be more difficult than I thought.

+ side is that I am keeping length, hardness and vascularity in my daily erections, - but daily erections are becoming fewer.

..and so continues the conditioning…

Final notes,
I can’t wait to start hanging, I think I’ll buy the bib starter if it is still available.

It sounds like 6 days a week is something you’ll need to work up to. Baby steps. Start with every
other day. Your body is telling you something you should hear: SLOW DOWN. Listen to your body.

Every other day is what I was doing before, for the most part. But, I do have to work into this slower, I agree.

Veg,

Pumping is like most other activities. Some days you have a good session, some days you don’t.

Keeping hard as much as possible makes a big difference. Not easy to do and for me the biggest challenge. Porn helps, but there are some nights you just want to veg (pardon the pun) in front of some show on TV. Another big influence is fatigue. If it has been a long day, then I can expect that my session will be sub-par.

But what keeps you going is those excellent workouts where you end up bigger than ever before and with lasting effects!
