I’ve been pumping my balls almost every day, for four months. I get about 24 hours out of a pump, as far as testicle size. My formerly very tight scrotum has loosened up considerably, though it’s still much tighter than it was years ago.
At this point I don’t think pumping is a permanent solution to testicle size. I am experimenting with some herbals that are supposed to help, but I haven’t had any success with those, either. I’ll make a post about that when I’ve finished the last batch.
Testicle implants - on livestock, they call them “neuticles” for humans are now a thing, that you can get without a lot of hassle. You can get a plastic surgeon or urologist to insert any size silicone balls you like. The modern ones just hang loose at the bottom of the scrotum. Your original balls sit on top, or ride up inside the body cavity. There are some surgeons who will put silicone “shoes” over your balls to make them look larger and perhaps more natural, but your balls change size considerably over the course of a day, and I’m not real enthusiastic about what I’ve read.
I’d have implants now, except I can’t justify the $5-6K price.
Fortunately daily pumping isn’t a big issue for me, but it would be nice to use the time for something else.
