Pumping: porn, pressure, duration and rest
Hi folks!
I’m new to the pumping. I just started pumping last two months. I’ve been using the techniques of 101 pumping and condom pumping.
Any idea on what I’m doing here and/or your great experiences about pumping to share are welcome.
Here is what I’m doing.
3 sets of 10 minutes almost everyday (I’ll take a day or two off only when I’m real tired from work or damn busy with my personal stuff).
Between each session (during short break), I do some wet Jelqs, followed by a 5 minutes of penis massage in warm water. I also do some helicopter swings right after I take my penis out of the tube because I believe this helps reduce the discoloration problems :)
Pumping and Porn
I have found only two threads discussing about pumping and porn. Not many pumpers shared their experiences about the good and/or bad effects of watching porn while pumping.
Frankly, I always watch porn when I pump and I do a lot of kegels too. What about you? Why would you watch porn? Or why not?
Pressure and duration
As I have read a lot of threads on pumping, we are recommended to pump with low pressure and for 10 upto 15 minutes per each session. It’s better for both girth and length gain. Besides, I agree with the idea of “3 times of 10 minutes is better than 2 times of 15 minutes”. What about you?
During the pumping
Let say you are doing 10 minutes of pumping per each session and the pressure is 4Hg.
Is it better to keep the pressure stable during this 10 minutes? What about lowing down the pressure a little bit (I don’t know, down to 3Hg maybe?) sometimes during the session and increasing the pressure back to 4hg?
Any bad or good effect on that? And why?
Avocet8 used to comment something about that, but I’m sort of far to make a conclusion on that.
Rest
In general, we need to give our penises rests, a lot of rests if possible. That’s what I always do when I jelq and stretch. Since I start pumping, I don’t feel any tiredness on my penis, and I pump almost everyday.
I heard a few folks said they gained a lot from pumping by taking a lot of rest, like 1 day pumping and two days off. What about you?
I hope you can drop a few lines here and tell me what you think, and from your experiences, what should be done for better gains, etc.
