The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank you Gprent for the advise. I have now 2 cylinders one 2” and one 1.75”. I read some where that use the big cylinder for 10 mins and then use the small cylinder for the next 10 mins. Is it useful? Is there any benefits and anyone have experiences?

What did the post say about using two cylinders? What was their proposed benefit of doing so?

Actually the way I would use 2 cylinders is the opposite. I would start with the 1.75 and after packing that cylinder, switch to the 2.0 and continue your session.

My experience staying too long in a cylinder after packing is the tendency to develop head blisters as all of the vacuum is now concentrated there and blisters on the glans are a real bitch.

Try pumping to 10 hg and then back off to 5 hg.

What do you think about pulse pumping for gaining girth ?

It is work better than the simple routine like 5hg 30 min ?

In addition to gaining girth it also improves EQ. Dedicate10 to 15 minutes of your routine to pulse pumping.

And i have question for the heat My heating pad he s so strong at « 1 » its very hot inside the tube

I am not bien but sometimes i have blisters
But in the forum many tells « constant heat »

Can i wrap and Stop the heat and let the heating pad on off but always wrap the tube to the end of the routine ?

If you are newbie dont do this routine at all

My EQ its very good very hard
But i dont know with this routine if i can continue my lenght gains
