Quick Pumping Question

When I pump, I always place the constriction band on after each 10-15 minute set. I’m pumping both cock and balls, is there any chance that the constriction band could negatively affect my testicles and amount of semen I shoot?

Why are you using a constriction band?

The pump I use came with a rubber band with a hole in the middle. I have never used it up till recently, I like to use it to keep the fluid in my penis after I pump. I’ve seen good results doing this by the way.

Indeed, I have seen them. Do you like the extra expansion you get while wearing one? Or do you just use to it to maintain the pump you get after you are out of the cylinder?

But you’re putting it behind them and over the top of your shaft, correct? And leaving it on for how long after pumping?

I pump normally for 30-40 minutes. 10 minute breaks after every 10 minutes.

Ten minutes under constriction should have no effect on your testicles, provided, of course, the constriction device is not pinching any of the interior or exterior tissue. Twenty minutes is regularly reported as the time limit for tight constriction. I have ED and regularly use tight constriction around the base of my erection after pumping in order to maintain the blood in the erection. I have often gone as long as thirty minutes, however insensitivity starts to build up after ten minutes.

^^^ this. You can safely go around twenty minutes and for every twenty you wear it you might want to take a five minute break to get new blood in there. Around the whole package, however, will not cause the same amount of lost circulation as just wrapping the cock or the balls by themselves, so you might be ok going 40 with it on if you don’t notice extreme pressure or discoloration or numbness or coldness.
