So, can I expect permanent gains from pumping ?

Anyway, it’s not for real permanent gains on pumping, right?

I’ve had permanent gains pumping, but I feel the permanent gains are Less and slower than hanging - but pumping is lots easier to do on a stealth basis - during night in bed, etc. I’ve gained about 1.5 inches in length - to 7.5, and about 1 inch in girth - to 6.5, both AFTER the temporary swelling from a session has dissipated. The gains right out of the tube are enough to cause serious insertion problems for intercourse.

what was your routine to gain that much? At which pression did you pump and how many time?

I like hanging over pumping because I get to read while I hang. Pumping is nice but you’ve got to watch yourself. For me, 15 minutes is all I need. If you go nuts with pumping, it may have some immediate benefit but you make no longterm progress. If you want to gain from pumping, take it easy but stay consistent. Don’t break too many blood vessels, etc. Just my .2.

Unfortunately, no real “routine” - just use my home made setup, at first, sorta infrequently, perhaps an hour several days (nights) per week, more recently, last 2 years, much higher and intense - usually at least an hour per 24 hours, some daytime, some nighttime - some nights as much as 4 hours, depending upon sleep patterns. YES, the higher vacuum levels DO cause donuts and spot accumulations of fluid, mostly just below the glans area - but those dissipate reasonably quickly, and haven’t created any related issues I’m aware of.

My problem, is age - I’m 73 - and the ED I also have had the last 10 years or so, is getting worse as years have gone by. I really don’t have lots of decent sexual activity to look forward to, so must appreciate what I’ve done so far - it HAS helped, just wish I had been turned on to PE way back when I was in my teenage years - would have made a HUGE difference in my outlook and approach and enjoyment to sex, and of course, my performance!

You younger guys, you CAN enlarge your penis, just as you can your biceps or other physical attributes - and the gains you can make will make a BIG difference between the sheets - or wherever else you can snag a willing partner - NEVER GIVE UP!

First, here’s to you for your gains. Way to go! I haven’ started pumping yet (will soon) and I get bogged down by those who say permanent gains from pumping doesn’t happen. So, thanks for the inspirational story.

Now, over what period of time did it take for you to build to your permanent gains? Were you doing any other PE during this period?
