Starting pump numbers

For those that recently bought pumps:

How many sets do you do?

For what amount of time?

At what pressure?

I know avocet gave some numbers for his routine, but I was curious if those may be a bit too much for newbies?

As you go along and your dick gets conditioned, you can experiment some. Don’t know what you read, but what I do now is not the same as what I wrote in P101.

Hope others will chime in with their beginning routines.

well i do one 10 min. set at 3.5 hg. Today i went up to 5 hg for like the last min. or so, I guess thats what you call experimenting!

I started out with one set everyday after my PE routine at 3 HG for 5 minutes. This seems low but the effects are cumulative as the days progress. After a 1 1/2 weeks I increased the time in tube by 2 minutes and added another set. Here is a good outline for a beginner if you want to try it…

1st month
Week one… one set 5 days a week at 3 hg for 5 minutes.
Week two… one set 5 days a week at 3 hg for 7 minutes.
Week three. two sets 5 days a week at 4 hg for 5 minutes.
Week four.. two sets 5 days a week at 4 hg for 7 minutes.

2nd month
Week one… three sets 5 days a week at 3 hg for 10 minutes.
Week two… three sets 5 days a week at 4 hg for 10 minutes.
Week three. four sets 5 days a week at 3 hg for 10 minutes.
Week four.. five sets 5 days a week at 3 hg for 10 minutes.

3rd month
Week one… six sets 5 days a week at 3 hg for 10 minutes.
Week two… six sets 5 days a week at 4 hg for 10 minutes.
week three. six sets 5 days a week at 5 hg for 10 minutes.
week four.. six sets 5 days a week at 6 hg for 10 minutes.

This routine will gradually help you to increase the intensity and duration of your workout with out injury. With pumping you have to go very slow with your pressure and time in tube. After the 2nd month you can start to try things like milking the tube or try to pack the tube.

Remember if you feel any pain at all stop, lower pressure, or low duration in the tube!
