I have the Harbor Freight pump, and I noticed that when I start pumping with it, the needle on the gauge doesn’t start to move until after I’ve given it a couple of pumps and their is already a decent amount of vacuum pressure in the tube. Have you guys noticed this with your pumps as well? I’m suspicious my gauge could be reading an hg or two less than what the actual vacuum pressure is inside of the tube.
Try removing the tubing from the pump and put your finger over the nipple and try pumping. You should get an instant vavuumnshown. If that is the case then the unit it working OK
It normally does take a step or two before there is any vacuum shown as it has to start from zero and make a vacuum.

If you take a close look at the gauge you will see that the first whole number pressure mark is not 1, it is 2. So you are not seeing any pressure readings on the dial until the pressure is something a little over 1 and that accounts for the perceived delayed needle movement. At least that is how I always accounted for it. Everything sounds normal to me.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
The first number on my gauge is 4 So I have to guess the lower numbers.

Also if you are not going in 110 percent erect the first pump or two may be quickly pulling more blood in which would actually negate any vaccuum until you are fully engorged. Just something I noticed when briefly experimenting with entering the tube at half mast.
For some reason, my guage always reads 0. Only when I am increasing the vaccuum will it show the pressure, then it goes away after a few seconds.

Does the vacuum in the tube go away/decrease noticeably also, or does it stay and your gauge just returns to zero? If the former, then you either don’t have a good seal where the cylinder meets your skin and air is leaking in, or you have a leak somewhere. If the latter, then it sounds like something is majorly wrong with your gauge.
My vaccuum seems to leak a bit, so I just pump it every few seconds to keep it the same. I think it’s because mine is homemade and doesn’t have one of those silicone sleeves/seals.
