Looking at your stats, I see that you have had very good success with manual stretching. What exactly do you do in those three 15 minute sets each day? Do you jelq as well? Yes, it seems that you have no need for hanging, unless you hit a very difficult plateau. But you are close to your length goal. Congrats! I tried stretching for several months, but it yielded no length gains. Perhaps I’ll try it again some day.
As for the PM, have you thought of getting one of Monkeybar’s new Bib-type attachments for it? His company is called Auto Extender. I’m going to purchase the whole AutoEXT device from him. But he sells just the adapter, which will work with the PM. Supposedly, it’s much better than the PM attachment. With the pumping, you should be able to go from your present 5.25 EG to your goal of 5.75 EG, and beyond, in no time. Have you thought of clamping as well, when you get to that point? Clamping is also a very effective girth exercise. It’s what got me from 4 7/8 EG to 5 5/8 EG, without even trying for it.
By the way, why do you give your length measurements in centimeters and your girth measurements in inches? Surely your girth measurements are in inches, not in centimeters, aren’t they?
