Vacuum Pumping and hello
Hi, I have never really gotten involved in posting on the forums and have just been a lurker, but I want to take the PE more seriously. I have never really introduced myself either, so, hey, how the fuck are ya? I will fill you all in on my PE history. I have been on an off PE for a bit less than a year now but have never committed to a proper routine, very much like me, unable to commit or stick to a routine. I have been back into it in the last month regularly stretching and jelqing but not routinely, just when I have the time or feel like it. Since I discovered this site I have made some small gains in width and length and dramatically increased my PC muscle. I stretch alot but have found it hard to get back into jelqing because privacy is a bit of an issue and it is a lot easier to just stretch in the toilet than engorge and jelq. I feel as though what I need to increase gains, apart from a proper routine, is to increase the blood flow and I think that a vacuum pump might help me achieve gains and help me stick to a routine. My questions are about vacuum pumping:
- Has anyone found that vacuum pumping has delivered gains?
- Have gainers integrated vacuum pumping into a routine involving stretches, kegels and jelqing?
- What brand of pump have worked the best for users?
- What routines have worked well for users?
