vein bump?

hello gentlemen,

I was wondering what it’s called when a vein or artery creates a small protruding bump… Do you know what I’m talking about? I think Raymond the porn star has something like this.

I’d like to know more about it, how to avoid it, risks etc, but don’t know how to search for it.
