I pump with a professional kit since may 2008. I’ve 1.75 thickwall and 2 standard cylinders. I need girth from pumping and this is what I expected with. But I think is something that requires a lot of time, I mean years, before seeing huge real gains. I made gains through pumping and especially in girth following your advices: pumping regularly at 3-4 hg at low pressure. I also do stretching, jelqing and sometimes uli, but for the work I’ve done every weeks in this year I expected more from my penis.

What about your experience/experiment? One year in pumping isn’t enough to see real huge gains (with real I mean “pre-pumped”)?

And, according to your experience, is better to pump for girth with a larger cylinder but with a silicone sleeve/ring to keep away balls or keep going with my kit (that is perfect for my size)?

Thank you in advance

Good questions. I’ll be waiting with you for answers.

Jimmy2284, what is your current routine?

I don’t think it is impossible to see persistent gains after a year of pumping, with the right routine.

As for size of cylinder, does your current cylinder give you enough room for expansion during your session? How much of the cylinder do you ‘pack’ immediately?

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

3-4 times a week, stretching for 5 minutes, jelqing (200 strokes, slowly), pumping (2-3 sessions at 3-4 hg), light jelqing and stretching at the end. Obviously, warm up and cool down in every session.
I made gains in these last months, my penis is now fatter than before and especially in flaccid size, I have rock-hard erections but at the beginning of pumping I expected more gains, expecially in my erect size.

I immediately pack at the base both cylinders, even if my base is a little bit thinner than my glans, always paying attention to keep balls out of cylinder (which is so bad for me, not only for the discomfort during routine but also for gains).
I think both cylinders give me enough space for expansion, expecially in lenght. As for girth, I think that packing my 1.75 cylinder means that I might have a 5.5 inch girth through the whole penis, but now I have 5.3 inch girth when fully erect (and not in the whole penis)…In fact, my glans is larger than my base and shaft

That sounds like a good routine, and as your current cylinders give you room for expansion, I would stay with them for a while. I don’t think you need a larger cylinder yet in order to gain.

You mentioned your pumping is 2 -3 sessions at 3 - 4 inHg; how long is a ‘session’?

10-15 minutes, with jelqing after every session..

Any experience from other vets? Gprent, avocet8, peforeal, penismith, sta-kool, ….I would like to know your opinions, if you want…

Lampwick, you are the only one that gave me an answer.. So I continue to ask… :)

In how many years do you think constant pumping can give a real expansion (I mean inches in girth)?

When did you start pumping in your routine? What about you gains?

I think the most important element to achieving pumping gains is consistency. Choose a routine - 5 days on, 2 off; 6 days on, 1 off - and stick to it. If you’ve done this, after a year of consistent pumping, you should have gains.

If you are lackadaisical about your routine, don’t expect much difference for your efforts.

Visualization is important. Keep thinking about your goals and where you hope to get.
