Water based penis pump

What does it even mean I can see where the air pump has some problems but water? Water in the pump anyone seen this?

It’s basically the same as an air pump, except the vacuum is insane. Did make it bigger flaccid, though I don’t think it was very much. And the erect gains always went away after a day or two. But if you decide to jelq for a while then use the pump you would probably get a inch temporary gain in girth and maybe some in length. At least that’s my experience.

Almost quit using the pump. On occasion ill use it just to see how large I could get my unit :P
