Water pumping = less red dots??

Hello all,
I been back at it pumping with my LA Pump for somewhere between 1-2 months now. Thing is no matter what I do I always get red dots. They don’t look severe and they don’t stick around more than a day. I went down to 2.5-3 hg and still get the dots. I’ve taken a week break and still get the dots. Starting today I’m taking 2 weeks off, because as i’ve heard many times it’s not a sprint it’s a marathon.

I’ve been reading about all the benefits of water pumping and it’s definitely sparked my interest. Can anyone tell me if red dots is less of an issue with water pumping? Maybe I’ll make my come back with water pumping.

Do you keep the water hot whilst pumping? Or do you pump with cold water?


Water pumping is definitely different in my experience. The edema and expansion seems more natural, but if you spend too much time in the tube the skin can become real mushy.

I struggle with red dots for almost no reason at all. Sometimes I’ll warm up really good, like a hot rice sock completely covering my penis for 10-15 minutes, and I’ll do a couple hundred jelqs just to warm up nice and good, and then pump at like 3hg for 3-5 minutes, and I’ll have red spots already. Then, other times I’ll warm up the same and pump for 30 minutes in the tube split up into like 5 short sets and not have a single red dot at all. How does it happen? Why so varied???

One thing I’ve finally noticed after all these years is that on days when I pump, if I’m horny and getting hard off and on in the morning and during the day, like teasing myself and jerking off for feeling but not cumming, its like my cock is more ready for anything and I don’t get red spots at all when I pump later. On days I approach PE and pumping more cold, like I haven’t been hard all day, I tend to get more red spots and they develop early in my session.

Lastly, if I wait a while to pump, like a week or more, then my first pump back is perfect, no spots or edema. If I pump again tomorrow, spots and edema. If I wait over a day or even two days, less spots or none at all. There is a frequency of pumping issue with getting spots more easily for sure. Still not sure if frequency adds to spots or if being ready for pumping reduces spots, I can’t tell yet. I need more data!

Can the cylinder be used without water?

Red Dots

I have found that I need to take about 10 days off if I get red dots, otherwise I am just reopening those injuries even at low pressure. I recently bought a water pump to see if I don’t get the red dots with it.
