What do you think of this routine Pumpers and ADS'ers please.
Hi guys.
I was just thinking about what the ultimate routine would hold and how it would be done
And what would it consist of and how much time spent etc.
And I came up with a idea it’s not the ultimate routine because I am still thinking about that,
But none the less it is still a good idea and maybe even a great one for someone who may have cash to spare and is new to PE and is drawn in by marketing labels and doesn’t want to do manual exercises.
What they will need is a extender like Fastsize or X4 I am not sure what the difference is but a ADS which you can wear for 12 hours a day (if it says that in the manual).
And you will also need a pump which has a gauge and can last constant use.
ADS+PUMPING ROUTINE:
Part 1: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 3hg.
ADS = 2 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 3hg.
Part 2: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 5hg.
ADS = 4 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 5hg.
Part 3: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.
ADS = 6 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.
Part 4: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.
ADS = 8 hour moderate tension
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.
End.
Hours of ADS: 240.
Hours of Pump:40 hours Average pressure 6.
Possibilities of growth in length: 0.5 to 1.0 inches.
Possibilities of growth in girth: 0.25 to 0.75 inches.
These are only estimates.
Now for pumpers looking at this your probably thinking that the last pumping pressure is a bit steep for people especially newbies but I believe that after 3 months of gradual increase and stretching, the penis will be well conditioned and ready for it.
Now this routine is for the people who want to see gains fast (impatient) but I think it is more likely that once they have these gains it will be more harder to gain in the future because the penis will be so well conditioned and hardened in cell structure it might take years to get any satisfactory results after doing a semi intense routine like this, especially having the last routine with high pressure and long time stretching.
Which is why I have also designed this routine for the people who have patience and don’t mind doing a little bit of a longer routine to get more size and to keep the penis in a good smooth gradual increase.
ADS+PUMPING ROUTINE.2:
Part 1: Duration = 1 month 5 days on 2 days off.

ADS = 8 hour moderate tension.
Pumping = 30 minutes 7hg.
Part 5: Duration = 1 months 5 days on 2 days off.
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.
ADS = 10 hour moderate tension
Pumping = 30 minutes 10hg.
End.
Hours of ADS: 720.
Hours of Pump:60 hours Average pressure 6.5.
Possibilities of growth in length: 0.75 to 1.5 inches.
Possibilities of growth in girth: 0.75 to 1.25 inches.
These are only estimates.
As you can see this is a more gradual approach to the original routine which means more time for the penis to condition and it’s not rushed meaning that there is more chance of adequate growth in the future instead of strengthening the penis too much meaning minimal results after.
And I think it would be a easy routine to follow as it changes after a while.
I hope someone decides to do this at some point in the PE career.
