What is going on in r/ballpumping?

I was talking to my friend who also does PE today. He was talking about a practice called jar pumping and said people were using it on their balls. I assumed it was just like normal pumping with your balls in the tube, like what some people on here do, but he showed me some pictures and it looks completely different. For one thing, the penis stays flaccid in the jar but more interesting is the fact that it seems to genuinely enlarge the testes (ie. not just make them hang lower) and by crazy amounts.

What they’re doing is more like a fetish than an enlargement routine, and yes, they can get them to terrifyingly huge sizes. I’ve just started enlargement-style ball pumping and the balls do stay large for quite a long time, but not forever.

Would pumping the balls cause issues down the road? I would be hesitant to do that
