I am a very conventional PE’er. Jelqing was where I began, with the basic hand positions, strokes etc. As for pumping, I didn’t start until after two or three months of jelqing.
My routine consists of jelqing and pumping. During a session, I typically jelq for ten minutes, pump for five to ten minutes, jelq for five to ten minutes, pump for five to ten minutes, then finish with five minutes of jelqing. Other times I only pump once for ten to fifteen minutes. Sometimes my routine is two days on, one off, or three days on, one off. I find the occasional day or two off quite helpful.
For pumping, I keep it around -5Hg to -6Hg. Sometimes the milking will bring it up to -7Hg. By the way, when I say milking, I mean pulling on the tube while under pressure. So I pull on the tube, without removing it of course, in a steady back and forth motion. This pulls at the base of my penis, and I can feel the “hidden” part of the penis getting incorporated. The tube is 9” x 2”, and I pack the first couple of inches.
My real interest is in obtaining girth. I really have noticed girth gains, even though they are only an extra quarter inch or so in circumference. My gf doesn’t know I jelq/pump, but she does know that something has changed. Ha ha ha!!!
