What position do you pump in?

Up until now I always assumed everyone pumped the same way as I have been, sitting down, leaning back with the tube pointing up resting on my desk.

Is that the way you pump?

I am really trying to gain some length, I would be happy with even 1/4” but have not gained any yet.
Do you think it might be a good idea if I pumped with the cylinder pointing straight out to target my ligaments?

I use variety. Part of my session is standing, part of my session involves sitting. I change the angle, and milk at different angles. This is not based on any theory. I just enjoy changing my routine.

Hey tamegomaith that’s some good length gains you have made there.

How often do you pump, what HG do you pump at, length of sets etc.

Is pumping your only form of PE?

Almost always sitting down, on a couch, in front of the TV, on which is something to keep me amused like CNN, or a part of a movie.

I am a very conventional PE’er. Jelqing was where I began, with the basic hand positions, strokes etc. As for pumping, I didn’t start until after two or three months of jelqing.

My routine consists of jelqing and pumping. During a session, I typically jelq for ten minutes, pump for five to ten minutes, jelq for five to ten minutes, pump for five to ten minutes, then finish with five minutes of jelqing. Other times I only pump once for ten to fifteen minutes. Sometimes my routine is two days on, one off, or three days on, one off. I find the occasional day or two off quite helpful.

For pumping, I keep it around -5Hg to -6Hg. Sometimes the milking will bring it up to -7Hg. By the way, when I say milking, I mean pulling on the tube while under pressure. So I pull on the tube, without removing it of course, in a steady back and forth motion. This pulls at the base of my penis, and I can feel the “hidden” part of the penis getting incorporated. The tube is 9” x 2”, and I pack the first couple of inches.

My real interest is in obtaining girth. I really have noticed girth gains, even though they are only an extra quarter inch or so in circumference. My gf doesn’t know I jelq/pump, but she does know that something has changed. Ha ha ha!!!

I usually use it while sitting in my swivel office-chair by the computer. I can swivel around and watch TV, or swivel back to the computer, or whatever I want to do.

I do different weird things. Sometimes I just hold it up. Sometimes I just let it hang on the seat cushion. Sometimes I move it all around, similar to when you are stretching; moving it right, left, up, down, all around… except I’m not really pulling on it, just moving it around like that. Maybe it will hit the ligs a little more or something. A couple of times, I had such a raging hard on that I just let it hang there by the weight of the cylinder, and it bounced up and down a little bit with the blood pulses. I just do different stuff I think up, if it doesn’t seem like it will do any harm.

tamegomaith, thanks for the detailed answer. So a lot of your length gains came from the 3 months of jelqing? Did you wet jelq, and what % erection level did you jelq at?

It sounds like we pump in a similar way, I do 3 sets of 8 minutes, 5hg the first set and 6hg for the last two.
Half way through the set I will drop 1hg and milk the tube, stop milking and go back up 1hg.
I do 50 wet jelqs between sets at about 30% erection, is this high enough?
I kegel constantly but I think I will try pumping with the tube straight out to see if I can encourage any length gains.

After pumping I use a self adhesive bandage as a cock ring and massage. I leave the bandage on for 5 hours.

I go into the tube hard. I find that the vacuum keeps me hard even not watching porn. But when I exit the tube I nearly always drop back to about 70%. But easy to get back up. I end all PE sessions with a hard-on for two reasons. A good erection is assurance that I haven’t overdone any aspect of my PE workout and I’m not going to suffer from Beat-Up Penis if there’s an opportunity for sex later in the day. Also, I am in the habit of wrapping the ending erection with an ACE elbow strap, cock and balls and staying wrapped for several hours. This is the only activity that ever gave me flaccid gain in spite of real good erect gains.

I always wet jelq —-> baby oil.

As for my erection level, I vary that through the session. I jelq at 40-90% for the most part.

By the way, pumping seems to have brought out some of my “hidden” penis, although basic jelqing began the increase in length.

I believe jelqing and pumping are complementary.

Taking a day of here and there, or even a couple of days off, seems to help all around.

The other way around. I get another erection, then wrap that.

I wrap both the balls and the very base of my shaft. If I do that with a full hard-on the engorgement tends to last longer. Idea is to heal your micro-tears in a larger, rather than a smaller state. I think it makes sense. Or something does because I was never “hung” flaccid before, even being large erect. Takes some time. Stick with it.
