Where Should I Go?
Looking for opinions on where to take my program. I am already familiar with different stuff works for different people and understand have to find what works for me, but there’s so much options on what to do, just figure I would ask.
Currently just doing stretching and pumping with heat for both. Stretch varies. But with pumping I have worked up to 30 minutes at 5hg.
I can increase time in pump. Increase Pressure. Add a short clamp session to the end. (Tried this recently and had awesome expansion).
What ever I do, I want to do it consistently for a period so I can track it more easily.
For the first time, I hit 5” MSEG expansion after a recent session. Wife says she notices the difference also. So what I’ve been doing has been working. Slow and steady.
