My base girth is maybe a bit disproportionally larger than my upper girth (almost a cone shape) And I know there are guys with bigger upper girth who are more like a “baseball bat”.

If we choose the right cylinder size, and eventually over time pack it out… we’ll eventually even out our girth?

Nope you can’t, I have the same type of penis as yours and it will always be like this.

But on a positive note you can work on your upper shaft and make it more even, but it will never be as big as your base.

Simply because girth work usually involves all of it so you can’t just simply work on the mid shaft. You can try clamping that part only but I doubt it works.

When flaccid, I used to be baseball bat shaped and I have noticed that over my time doing PE that the base girth has increased and it is more even over the entire length now.

When erect, the baseball bat shaped was nowhere near as pronounced and the base girth has increased since doing PE but not to the same extent as it has for my flaccid hang.

Whether that is due to pumping I don’t know.

It really is impossible to know what the specific outcome will be from a particular exercise as everyone’s body will react differently. I tend to get more length growth from pumping than I do expansion which does seem counter intuitive to what you would expect from pumping. I think that you should experience growth but whether that is length or expansion or uniform growth or the narrower bit grows more, you just won’t know.

Either way, definitely select the correct starting cylinder size.

I used to be bat shaped. When I started PE a little over 3 years ago, I was about 4.5” BEG. I don’t remember measuring it, but I know it was smaller than my 4.625” MEG.

Today my BEG is 5.25”, MEG is 5” when 100% EQ. (Currently on decon, prior to decon was solid 5”).

I gained most of my BEG over the last year and a half. I will never know if it was pumping as consistently as I could, or the 2-3 hours a day of BTC stretches made the gains.

I think it was more the BTC stretches. I’ve actually pulled some of the “inner” penis out. I can actually see and feel the difference between my base and the rest of my cock. It’s hard to explain. But, it’s real.

So, bottom line is yes, you can change your shape. But, as always everyone is different. Some exercises work for some. Other’s need to try another approach.

But I’ve seen several members on here commenting that their penises have become baseball bat shaped after a few exercises, so theoretically it’s possible to use the routines that have resulted in this effect to balance the girth of your unit.
