which pump do you have?

hi, i finally saved up enough money to buy my pump. after reading a lot of the posts, it seems that most people have the LA Pumps or the Kaplan.
just wanted to get a quick review of everyone with pumps. which one do you have? do you like it? have you had any problems with it?
i’m planning to buy mine on eBay because it seems more private that way. would you guys agree?

I have a Kaplan but alas, the tube diameter was too small to begin with. Make sure your erect dimensions match up with the tube size. Someone with more pump knowledge will chime in soon.

well, i have a small weiner. 4.5x4 inches. so i should get the smallest one they offer right?

If you go with LA Pumps, they have a 1.5 inch diameter cylinder as their smallest and that would be the one to go with. I don’t think Kaplan offers this size. I don’t know how Ebay works, but can you get the full LA Pump parts listing there? Make sure you get the brass pump with gauge.

i looked on ebay and found these 2…

they seem to be very similiar but one is almost double the price. anyone know the difference? and do you guys know of any webistes that have cheap prices and good pumps? are all the company’s pretty discrete and private when they send it? i still live with my parents and sister and don’t want them to get the package at the door labeled “PENIS PUMP”.

actually i read some more posts and it sees that 1.75 would be a little too big for me, right? i guess i have to go with the LA Pumps since they are the only one who offers 1.5.

I have a Dr Kaplan pump. Two inch tube with a hand pump and guage. I think I was supposed to pay $89 at the local “video” store near me but the lady only charged me for my O rings and lube.

Anyway I am real happy with it.

I have the good doctor Joel Kaplan pump with 3 different sized tubes.

LA Pump with a gauge. Coming up on four years of a whole lot of use and never a glitch with it.

Do any of the “pros” here use homemade pumps? I’m kind of thinking about going that route because I really don’t have the money to spend on it, but I’m worried about effectiveness.

Boston Pump Works thick walled with convenient length measuring tape along the cyclinder. Purchased an automotive vacuum pump all metal construction with guage, thing looks like it would last a nuclear war!! Does appear to be very similar to mityvac product.

so would you guys suggest to get a 1.5” tube instead of the 1.75” my measurements were 4.5x4.15? would a 1.75 ok too?

You say your measurements are 4.5x4.15. Which is girth & length. Either way, if I were you I would start with the 1.5. I am 7.5 BPEL x 5.25 EG and with 5.25 EG I pack my 1.5 tube right away and have packed my 1.75 a number of times.
