I am not sure my understanding of your question is accurate.
Are you saying that after a pumping session the next time you have sex your EQ is inconsistent from one time to the next? If so, I would say you are overtraining and need to reduce the time in the tube.
When evaluating if you are overtraining, i.e, over stressing your penis, you need to include all activities which effect your penis. These include other PE activities you may be doing, when and how much you masturbate and have sex, physical activity and alcohol consumption. All these things can tire out or otherwise negatively impact your penis’ performance and require some down time to get it back to full function.
