My primary concern reading this is potentially overworking the ligament and causing it to stiffen, you can very easily not only stifle your gains but slow yourself down a lot when you do fix your routine if you toughen up that ligament too much.
If you want to avoid jelqing that should be toot much of an issue but I still wouldn’t jump straight into a really hardcore stretch focused routine, at the end of the day you’re going to get better and safer results from jelqing so the newbie routine is a really good jumping off point, and I’d stick to the stretching it outlines instead of ratcheting up the stretching to try and make up for other exercises you aren’t doing.
Also make you’re you are doing a warm up and warm down with some kind of hot wrap. Hot water and a rag will do but you have to keep re-soaking the rag to keep it warm.
Honestly PE isn’t one of those things you should just jump into, read what some of the more experienced guys have been writing to get an understanding on the theory then you can ease into it, but I think just jumping into the hardcore stretch routine isn’t a good game plan. Hopefully someone with more experience can elucidate cause I honestly just started myself, and I am sticking to the newbie routine.
