1 Year Mark. Kinda

I started last year around this time and saw no results possibly due to over pumping and not having the greatest schedule so I stopped in June to deacon because 20 minutes pump’s were doing nothing but I didn’t have any Negative P.I ‘s. Started back in Beginning beginning the of August making sure I use plenty of heat and the newbie routine. I’ve slowly increased the amount of time and force, adding in some between-the-cheeks and jelq squeezes during my jelq time.

My schedule as of now-2 on 1 off
Warmup with shower or space heater
1 minute holds up, straight out, both sides and down ×5
10-15 minutes wet jelqs
Warm down with Kegels
I have read A LOT a lot on here in the past year I can only imagine how much some of the veterans have read!! I’ve only gained about .2" BPEL in these last five months and I don’t often get sore. I’ve read multiple times to go with what your dick feels and positive PI’s but I’m thinking of making a change and adding clamping and hanging, starting lightly of course. Has anyone gained more from doing advanced PE techniques then the newbie routine?? Any recommendations on some good hangers? Any replies would be awesome and appreciated!🤙
