14th day, already seeing small Gains

Hi Guys, for anyone interested in a newbie’s progress and the workouts that brought them about, see below.

From day one to day 12 I had been beating the heck out of my dick with:
5min warm up hot water
5-6min stretching 5 directions
10min Jelq
5min Edging

Day 1 My measurements from were BPEL 6 8/16” and MSEG 5”.
Day 13, I measured at night (had worked out earlier that day mind you) 6 12/16” BPEL and almost same MSEG 5” and 5 1/16” (not conclusive to me as the measurement came out different so I’ll need to confirm this later. I look to have gained 1/4” on length, and at most increased hardness of shaft and possibly increased girth the smallest bit.

I starting noticing that EQ was going down a slight bit, due to those PI’s I decided to reduce my stretching tension a decent amount, and reduce the pressure of my jelq grip as well as jelq time from 10min down to 7.5min. This was on this 13th day I started to reduce workout strength, and I immediately noticed a few hours later I starting to hang heavier, and starting getting ever so slight plumping randomly throughout the evening. Then when I decided to do a night edging session, it felt much harder and it looked a bit bigger, one noticeable changing coming in the head. I only decided to measure at that time because it did actually look a slight bigger.

For me, it seems less intensity is more. Before, I had been pulling nearly as hard as possible whilst stretching, and jelqing with pressure that I could only JUST take without feeling actual pain. After going back and forth with another member here, I received some advice that I should keep on Jelqing at 10min, just reduce the pressure so the micro tears aren’t too damaging and counterproductive, leading to overtraining. He said, Time = intensity, not the pressure/death grip LOL.

Anyway it’s been two weeks and I’ve seen a .25” increase in length. Although I primarily care about girth as that is what drives the GF crazy from what I understand. A little about myself and the reason I starting PE’ing. I met my first GF a little over 6 months ago, and we have regular sex. I recently found out that my GF had a partner who was what I would guess from her guesstimate by hand, about 7.5” BPEL and 5.5” ish in girth max. I had never experienced any kind of anxiety over my size, as I always considered myself average or maybe slightly large. This brought on all sorts of thoughts, like was her experience better with him? Does my feel as good? Etc.. After a while I realized something, that she goes crazy when we’re doing it and our sex is far and away better than anything before. It’s really all in our own heads I’ve come to see.

My goal is to build up about .5-1” in MSEG and about half an inch more in length. I know it’s quite ambitious to shoot for a total gain of .75” in length and .5” girth, stats say possible of course but I think our expectations still have to stay in check.

Anyone who has any advice for someone who is gaining in length in the first two weeks, but no girth, I’d appreciate your comments in particular lol. Jk anyone who has advice I’d love to hear your input on your experiences with initial gains.

Day 17 now Girth gain in matter of days! I’m not sure how over the past few days, but MSEG today I measured 5 2/16” MSEG!

That is 2/16” or .125” larger than any other time. One time exactly 3 days ago, I made a note that my MSEG measurement flirted with the 5 1/16” tape line, but it was flirting, not really on. And only one PE session later, one rest day, and here the third day I am noting a positive .125” MSEG increase. Which by the way, it not a huge increase, but I can actually ever so slightly tell. It just seems too quick to see the +2/16” in such a short period of time??

I can’t say for sure if this is a result of the baseball bat effect, or just a sharp increase in EQ, I can’t say for sure. This next sentence should really interest Newbie’s like myself~ I have measured SO MANY times my MSEG and BPEL that I am very certain that my 100% erection level started out at 6.5” BPEL (5.75EL), and 5” MSEG exactly. It came out to that probably about 50 times initially. I have since then increased to 6.75” BPEL and 5.125 MSEG!

FOR THOSE WHO LURK HERE AND SEEK OUT ADVANCED ROUTINES (BECAUSE QUICK DESIRED RESULTS), DO NOT DO THAT. I tried squeezing pretty hard in the beginning during jelqing and stretching so hard my skin started getting a bit sore, and it did nothing.. Overtraining most likely, I eased into a gentler Jelq stroke and a looser tension for stretching. It’s only 5min hot water warm up, dry off well and 5min stretching, followed by a quick warm up again 3min, 5min jelq 3 sec strokes, 3min warm up again, 5min jelq and finished off with edging for however long. The actual workout time is only the 5min stretching and 10min jelqing. There’s a total of 11min warm up throughout my routine for reasons you can look up that support wet heat being decent prep for tissue expansion. So that makes 26min of workout followed by maybe 5-10min of edging. A good indicator that I’m not putting too much pressure on my member, is how good the edging feels at the end. If the edging doesn’t feel good, I’m pretty sure that I jelqed too hard or stretched too hard. And if my PI’s (same thing) are good, I noticed the gains have come roughly around those periods. Also, morning and night wood aren’t that common for me, so I don’t think you can base PI off of that alone, just think about your usual sensitivity level and ease of erections.

I just want to say thanks to all the members here who have messaged me, given me tips and responded to my questions via the forum here.

TBH, my dick doesn’t look too much bigger, but it feel’s a tad bit heavier and can tell the overall size is slightly bigger. My erections are very hard as well, I think EQ has positively been affected. Also, I don’t know if this is true for all, but certainly getting pics of my gf for edging sessions was much better than using porn (hadn’t used it in forever, but recently tried for edging, didn’t help AT ALL). For me, porn even just for the exercise was bad for my EQ etc.

Besides the newbie routine, I noticed that doing the second half of my total 10min of jelqing with longer 5 sec strokes, has seen me gain my recent 2/16” on girth it seems. Also, each time I’ve been taking a leak (drinking a lot of water these days to keep cells hydrated), I’ve been clamping base with ok grip and bending my member in all 4 directions once for a total of about 30-45 sec gently, in a nearly flaccid state. No idea if that’s helped or not, just felt pretty good and seemed to keep the flaccid consistent throughout the day.

Sometimes, growth occurs in spurts. One day, you measure the same value, a few days later, especially after a day off (resting & growing), you suddenly measure a gain. Then for a few weeks nothing, then suddenly some again.

Now that you are convinced that this is legit and are excited, do not go overboard. Many make the mistake to double their PE efforts and it leads to premature stagnation. This happened to me >.>
Just stick with it, stay at the same level until you are absolutely sure you are not gaining (you can gauge that when you record no gains for about 1 month). Then its time to take a little break (1-2 weeks), come back at it, with lower intensity, initially, to condition up very quickly (in 1-2 weeks), but this time, your maximum intensity should be a bit higher, going up like 10-15%, perhaps more, perhaps less - go by feel again, measuring PIs and such!

Other than that, wish you good gaining.

PS: If you want to measure with an absolute bomb EQ, try ballooning once.
I never knew that I could achieve such a steel hard erection. Never achieved it with normal edging.

I totally understand what you mean, being sore for long periods of time is definitely not a good thing.

I’m gonna have to try this ballooning thing, I’ve seen it online several times but never really actually intended to use it. You think it helps in the same way edging does?

It is pretty much the same as edging. You aim to reach PONR, then back off and repeat it multiple times.

With ballooning, you simply do not stroke but just stimulate a portion of the glans by rubbing it in circular motion.

Whenever I edge, I get rock hard. Whenever I balloon, I get rock hard and on top of that, I notice 1-2 new veins that I do not see otherwise.

I think I simply get extra hard! Just try it out and see if there is any clear difference for you.

I feel like from what I’ve read, ballooning is similar to edging but with kegeling as well?

If so, I pretty much already kegel naturally when I edge so I wonder if I’ve already been ballooning. I usually edge with the shaft skin going up and down without even touching the glands at all, and that really engorges the entire anatomy for me.

Also, this has been discussed many times, but do you think ejaculating, the refractory period that hits after, being that the tissue retracts severely for a good couple hours or so, prevents an ample amount of blood supply to nourish the tissue? Are people that have sex multiple times per day at a real disadvantage.. Just curious if my newbie gains will stop once I meet my girlfriend after nearly a month of being overseas. I will report on any changes if I can catch them.

I’ve come to the same conclusion. How do you edge without kegeling anyway? From my personal experience I think I’ve been ballooning rather than edging too. See my sig for the difference in size it can accomplish (the large measurement was probably due to ballooning, something I was unaware of a few weeks ago). Also seems reasonable to think that if you were to do this multiple times per day that it becomes some sort of adjusted standard.
I have some medical background and you should realize that tissues are always receiving fresh blood and the inflammation response to damage increases blood flow regardless of whether you are in a refractory period or not. The refresh rate might be slightly less, but in healthy individuals this should never be a limiting factor (normally your tissues only need ~30% of the nutrients the blood offers them) since the inflammation response will simply increase blood flow further if you’re receiving too little blood for healing purposes. I wouldn’t worry about it. Besides, if you’re having sex several times per day doesn’t that mean you’re also fully expanding your unit and filling it up with fresh blood several times per day? ;)

There is no real consensus on the sex/ejaculation matter.

There was one survey done that tried to correlate gains with ejaculation and it said that if you didnt ejaculate, you gained more (about twice the amount).
Later on, this has been refuted - people seem to gain regardless.

But I would just apply some common sense here - if you sprain your ankle, you do not do sport until its healed.
Just do not go overboard with sex.
I’d say 2-3/week should be fine.

I can share my own experience regarding gains & ejaculation:
- newbie phase (first 2-3 months): no ejac, lots of gains (50% newbie gains prob)
- next 2-3 months: ejac about 3x per week (start/stop exercise), directly after a session — still gained
- later on: still gained with occasional ejac., but overall, gains slowed…

So, from my own experience, I can say that it doesnt really matter. But I kept it almost to a minimum.
I bet if you went overboard, say 2-3x per day, that could cause a problem, just physically speaking.
Or perhaps not, everyone is different. I just know that after 2-3x ejacs in row, my dick is sore for a few days :P
But it also is very plump and hangs quite low… just like after a jelq session!

Should I be worried about my sex life in combination with PE..

I typically have sex 3 times a day, each time lasting between 20-30 min. Sometimes twice consecutively with a short 20 min break.

I do usually turtle up for a little while afterwards but my stamina seems on the high end. I can sometimes go 5 times a day which does happen, although infrequently.

Isn’t most of the point of PE to increase quality and quantity of sex with your partner?

Update:

The BPEL increase is still .25”/4/16 and the MSEG increase is still at .125/2/16 after today my 20th day of PE.

Vascularity is becoming more apparent, some new blue veins at the base noticable during jelq.

Flaccid is usually about an inch lower hanging. Still using a simple nebie routine with day and night short edging session. Never ejac after edging if edging follows workout so far.

EQ is very good. Glands seem to be bigger at a 100% EQ than before although I don’t measure them so the before and after pics helped me determine that.

Not sure if because of edging, but ejec volume is about 3x the usual.

Bad thing, while shaving with an apparently quite dull razor, I immediately got these huge razor bumps on the base of the shaft. Good lube helps not make worse but sure is annoying :/
