Total time duration - 5 months
Gains - Length : 3 cm excluding EQ (~5-6mm in EQ on the first session ….)
Girth : Really hard to measure I think I have gained around 0.6cm+
Background
So I tried PE 2-3 times earlier but never continued for long so didn’t actually gained much…
But yes I did noticed some permanent gains in my girth that was quite inspiring
That’s why I decided to give a try to PE continuously at least for 1 year
Disclaimer - My scale doesn’t starts from zero ( It starts after 7-8mm) and I didn’t trim it ….simply speaking the actually measurement in pics = scale + 8mm
- I know that the initial gains on the day 1 is just improved EQ therefore I decided to take my initial pic during the end of the first session in order
to have a real idea about the real gains
Routine - 1. Around 5 min heat wrap using hot water and a rag
2. Stretch - ( up,left front , right ,from behind aka b*tt pull ) x 2 < I started with 30 seconds but in 3 months i increased it to 60 sec
3. Stretch and rotate clock wise and anticlockwise
4 . Wet Jelq in using all 4 grips - total 7 sets ( with 30 reps each)
5. 5 Min heat wrap
< Use any naturally available oil ….Olive, Coconut, Mustard , Sunflower whatever u have >

On every alternative days without a break
Looking for advice
- Most of the gains that I have got was in the starting 2-3 months
- For last 2 months I haven’t seen any gains
- So what should I do now ????? Change in plans ???? Techniques ?????
- All kind of suggestions , recommendations etc are welcome
