256637's Routine
Before Feb 2011. My routine consisted of random manual exercises (stretches) and jelqing. Using a non-reusable heat pad for a warm-up followed by 10minutes of stretching and around 5 minutes of jelqing. On top of that bathmate every other day (1 on, 1 off)
Between Feb 2011 and March 2011. My routine consisted of using the Male Edge, Divocup and Bathmate. With the male edge (extender) I started at 1hr a day for a week, and adding 1hr each week, in total I clocked around 30-35 hours. Bathmate again was a 1 on and 1 off. The divocup I averaged 2hrs a day.
Towards the end of march to the present (April 10th 2011), my main method was the ADS Leg strap and the divocup. For warm-up I still used the non-reusable heat pads. The ADS Leg strap on average has been worn for 3 hours each day and the Divocup around 1 hour a day. The bathmate has been used 3 times since getting the ADS. In terms of manual stretching and jelqing, I do around 5minutes before and after wearing the ADS Leg strap.
As of Nivember 2014 I have started to use the LG Hanger for at least 60minutes, 6 days a week. Will go into more detail later, as I am currently setting up a comprehensive journal consisting of video measurements for integrity as I feel my new routine, knowledge gained from reading and experience, and planned devices I intend on buying will drastically increase my size over time.
