Hey guys! Time to give a little update.
I stuck with my stretching routine until Aug 30. I measured up to 6 7/8 on Aug 30 but I retained that same measurement for months and was no longer making any gains. I think I stopped making gains because I started to slack off a little bit on the routine.
Anyways I received a Penimaster in the mail Aug 30 and started a new routine.
4:30am - Wake up, warm up, BTC stretch for 10-15 minutes
5am - I attach my Penimaster (vac style using a strap)
I wear this thing for about 1 to 1.5 hrs at a time then take it off for 20min and use a heating pad, then reapply and I do this from 5am to 3pm.
Then around 9pm I do another 10-15min BTC stretch then I jelq.
My jelqing routine is a little different but not weird. Monday I do 200 jelqs really slow and I focus as much as I can. Next day i’ll drop the reps by 20 so by Friday i’m only doing 100. I do this because fatigue sets in pretty good by Friday and my unit is tired.
After my BTC and 160 jelqs last night I looked down and though (damn that things looks bigger)
So for shits I measured and I hit 7.25 inches! Not gonna lie when I pressed that ruler in and saw it go past 7” clear as day I I felt on cloud 9. So to say the least i’m pretty stoked. NBEL was 6” - i want it to be 7 to 7-5 so bad. My fatpad is huge still but i’m only 10% body fat so i’m pissed. (I workout and get tested at the gym once a month. I dropped from 22% to 10% over the last 8 months. I look great but my fat pad never went down…
