42 Progress Report

Starting a progress log here to track progress and stay accountable.
Just focusing on basic Jelqing, stretching, air pumping and Bath mate pumping.
Current stats:
BPEL 6”. MSEG 5”.

Warmup:
Shower 5m. Bathmate 5m light pressure 5.5”
Workout:
10m air pump 5hg
Jelq 5m

Jelq 5m.
I’ve had the pump for about a year now. Focusing on lower pressure and Consistency. Noticed today I was packing much more of the bottom section of tube on final set compared to the high pressure all out single set I was doing before.
Will post today’s workout tonight.
