Restarting PE just to see if I can gain again.
Plan is to use extender and log as many hours as I can in six months. When I’m not extending, I will try to wrap for length as much as is feasible around work. Also will log any jelqing but do not like dying so honestly i might just do 5 min per day just for helping to keep things gong in the right direction. I pump often to retain my gains I made years ago and that is at 15hg for 30 minutes about 3-5 times per week.
