6511's Routine
New to this, so right know I warm up for 10mins with hot wrap. Streatch for 10-20 mins.Jelq for 30-45 minutes, pump for10-20 minutes at 3-5hg and cool down with warm wrap. On weekends I do very little except kegals. I also do kegals through out the day at work.
