789's Routine

Every other day (in the morning) I use my Powerjelq for 500-650 strokes, after each 100 strokes I do a Horse440 for 30-60 seconds. On the opposite days I will use the Max Extender or Penimaster for 30-45 minutes. At nite in the shower I will do about 400-500 manual jelq strokes. I dont intend to take days off but it just happens because of privacy issues and time constraints, In May 2004 I started pumping at 5-6 hg for 10 minutes at a time. I try to do 5 sets if time is available.
