8 is enough's Routine
Rice sock warm-up.Light manual stretch,then hanging.I hang for 6 twenty minute sets with ten pounds.First set is straight out.second set is ten minutes over left leg,ten over right leg.Third set straight out again.You get the idea.I try to do a a light dry jelq for ten minutes between sets.After my hanging session,i wet jelq for about ten minutes before i clamp.I clamp and edge usually for a half hour to forty-five minutes.Then i take a hot shower and put on three golf weights ,or a traction wrap depending on whether I’m going to bed or to other activities.
