9 year progress recap

Hi all,

Just wanted to share my experience with PE, I was amazed when I opened Thundersplace and realized that my first stat input was in 2011. Which makes me a legit 9yr PE-er.
As you can see my chart there are no any serious gains (which makes me pissed off :D ). First couple of measures are basically not valid as I was standardizing my way of measuring (straight, firm ruler on top of the shaft at 180 deg. angle from the floor). Gains: 7.3 to 7.6 over 8 yrs (BPEL).
I just tracked BPEL and MSEG precisely.

It seems my tunica is stiff as hell. Although I am a grower, and penis is pretty expandable in erection, it seems that it has some limits.
Chemical supplements: I used some to avoid turtling in the morning, enabling expansion after workout (I forgot the name of it) but haven’t seen some huge benefits except it makes you a bit dizzy as blood is kinda less dense. I also used magnesium gel for recovery, but wasn’t satisfied, it helps a bit but keeping your penis dipped in gel during the day/night is not worth it. So I am not using any now, except magnesium glycinate as my daily supplement for my health.

My routine for the last 2 yrs is:
3-4 days a week, with 1 week recovery break, when I need it (once in 3 months on average)

Day 1 (routine 1)
IR lamp - heating up 10 minutes
Stretching - manual hand stretching with 20 seconds hold in slight downwards position, or LOT angle, 15-20 minutes
Pumping - professional air pump with gauge, 10 min, max5hg (above this level I feel pain in my penis nerves, so it is not a safe area for me. I always try to pump to that safe maximum at sweet spot before the pain.)
Jelqing - 5min
Kegels - kegels while in pump (10 seconds hold) and after pumping for about 5 min (5 seconds hold)

Day 2 (routine 2)
IR lamp - heating up 10 minutes
Pumping - professional air pump with gauge, 15 min, max5hg (above this level I feel pain in the penis nerve(s), so it is not a safe area for me. I always try to pump to that safe maximum at sweet spot before the pain.)
Jelqing - 5min
Kegels - kegels while in pump (10 seconds hold) and after pumping for about 5 min (5 seconds hold)

Day 3 (routine 3)
(this is usually a day to enforce cell poliferation and recovery)
IR lamp - heating up 10 minutes
Jelqing - 15min
Edging - 10min

So basically over the years I tried different techniques and changed routines, but it is quite disappointing not to see any decent gains (although 0.3 in is not bad, considering that it’s a pretty damn true measure).
