A bro-scientific approach to PE

I’ve been dabbling in PE for say 15 years now. I will here describe what has worked for me - that is not to say it will work for you, but it most likely will. I decided to spend 2 hours on PE each day with a rest day (only one) when needed starting January 1st. I have the privilege of having a lot of time on my hands, so might as well use it to something useful - building a bigger cock. I have also been practicing semen retention alongside PE since January 1st. Over the years I tried a good deal of methods, extenders, hangers (BIB), pumps, electricity rings, manual stretches, jelqing, pumping and clamping. Here is my routine:

Warm up with rice sock 10 minutes
Bathmate pumping OR clamping
If bathmate - obtain a solid erection with fleshlight or blowjob machine. Use baby oil. Enter bathmate with erection, pump 5 minutes, remove pump. Obtain a solid erection again. Do this for a total of 3 sets.
If clamping, obtain erection, clamp for 10 minutes, remove clamp, obtain erection, clamp again. 3 sets.
Rice sock for 5 minutes.
Either way pumping or clamping, your cock should be pretty full by now. Compare it to getting a killer pump in the gym. You should feel great and powerful.
Manual stretches for 20 minutes. I get a good stretch pulling downwards, BTC and behind thighs. I do stretches both standing and lying down.

So far I have gained an inch in EL, half an inch in EG - and my cock is happier and healthier.

Side note: I also believe semen retention has a role to play regarding the gains, alongside the spiritual and mental advantages it presents.
