A new attempt to be consistent

Alright, consistency is WAY HARDER for me than I thought.

Because jelqs are harder to do for me I have been doing only stretching for the last four weeks - Yeah, I restarted AGAIN.

I’m stretching as it follows:
- 30 stretches side to side
- 10 big circles clockwise
- 10 big circles counter-clockwise
- 2 or 3 series of 5 40 second stretches (up, down, left, right, straight).

Sometimes I do part of it before going to work and then finish when I’m back home. I hope I can see some gains only with stretching. I will add jelqs again when I have the time for it (privacy) or when I hit 7.5” BPEL (If it happens lol) I’m going to do an only jelq routine.

I’ve been in for about 4/5 weeks doing only stretches between 3-5 days a week. I didn’t record everything very good because I usually had a very busy day and I didn’t feel like it, during last month I was working abroad and I worked 5 days a week and 12+ hours a day. Now that I’m back home I’m gonna try to keep a better record for myself.

Lately anxiety due to my penis size has been hard but fortunately I have a good family who I spend some good time with, which helps me with it.

Last BPEL measurement was between 6.9” and 7.1”.

Feeling really lonely in my thread. LOL.

I did this week 6 stretch sessions so I’m sticking to it. I really wanted to measure but I didn’t have time to do it and when I did had time my penis didn’t collaborate but I think that may have been good. Lately anxiety is killing me specially when I see others’ threads and their measurements. I feel small and it’s not easy to get over it even when it seems I’m average.

The good thing is that I’ve managed to stick to my stretching routine. Unfortunately I can’t report any gain because there weren’t any.

I’m happy I’ve stuck to it. I’ve already recorded 4 full weeks doing the routine 5 times a week. First time I do a routine 5 times a week during a month. I must admit that I’ve not been so consistent with kegels - I do them whenever I feel like but not everyday.

Sometimes I feel I stretch very good and sometimes I don’t feel that but most of the time I do.

Last week I think I hurt my frenulum and it has even bled a bit. I’d like to know if it has happened to someone else before and if there’s a way to accelerate the healing without stopping the routine. I really want to grow.

Last week was a forced free-of-stretching one because I have had hurt my frenulum and it had been like that for about two weeks and a half and it hadn’t fully healed so I decided to take a week off to let it heal but it seems it’s gonna need some more time, it has gotten better though.

I’m feeling kind of frustrated due to me not getting gains and besides now I have to stop until it’s fully recovered but I know it’s necessary. Anxiety has not gotten a lot better.

Take a deep breath and remember that this is a long journey. Growth takes years and measuring all the time doesn’t help. Put the ruler away for three months and in that time work hard, eat well, and exercise often. If at the end of 3 months you feel you need to measure then do it but my recommendation would be to try to give it a year of consistent work with good diet and exercise and then check how you’ve done. Make sure eq stays excellent and the gains will come.

So it’s already been two weeks off and my frenulum seems to be completely healed so tomorrow or the day after I might start with my stretching again.

I didn’t keep the kegels. I forgot them honestly.

Anxiety this week it’s been the same. I don’t understand why I feel this way sometimes if I have never had any problems due to my size. Maybe it’s because I’ve seen post on internet of guys who are close to my size who have been supposedly “humiliated”. I hate this anxiety.

The rest of the things in my life have been cool. That’s nice for me.

Hello again, last time I posted I was on the last three weeks of the semester at the university so I didn’t really have a lot of time to do this and then there was Christmas and I went to my girlfriend’s home and there I had less privacy than in my house but I’m back since last week but I started recording everything this week.

So far still the same measurements.

I didn’t do any PE today, I didn’t feel like it but tomorrow is another day and it’s gonna be the fifth PE day of the week so I’m not that bad.

I can’t believe that at this point I’m still insecure about my measurements due to my f*cking curved penis LOL. But if I straighten it I can get 7”+ BPEL and even 6.2”+ NBPEL which is not too bad but of course I don’t really know where I really I am compared to the rest of the world but for what I’ve read I’m average to above average but still don’t feel like it. I measured my girth which I had a lot of time without measuring it because I was lazy is the same: 4.9” at the top and mid and 5.1” at the base.

I don’t know why my NBPEL is so far from my BPEL if I’m not fat but I guess I’m not as thin as I thought.

I know is not to good to measure so often but I do it to remember my mind that I’m not as small as I sometimes think.

I really like to imagine myself with an 9” BPEL and 6” MSEG that would be like my ultimate goal but if I someday get to 7” NBPEL and 5.5” MSEG I’d be more than pleased.

Still working on self acceptance and self love, penis size is not as important as I think it is.

So far 4 weeks in and I hope this to be the beginning of many more to come.

I’ve measured my BPFSL and I might have gained maybe 1mm or 2mm in that department but I’m not sure. I’ll measure again when I have the opportunity.

What I want for the end of to year is to get to 7.7” BPEL which would mean something like 6.7”-6.9” NBPEL in my case.

According to what I have calculated my penis is under tension for 15-20 minutes 4-6 days a week.

First week: 5 times
Second week: 4 times
Third week: 6 times
Fourth week (including the one I’m gonna do at night): 6 times

I’ve been also jelqing every now and then, usually 50 or maybe a bit more. Each one of 3-5 seconds.

Instead, say “I’m going to be consistent. I’m going yo do x, y and z as a routine at these times of the week.”. Speak in the positive and then do it.

The results will come.
