5 min. warm up
10-20min. of manual stretching. 5 sets of 15 second pulling in each direction.
2.5 min. warm up
200 jelqs first 2 weeks, 225 jelqs 2nd 2 weeks, 250 jelps 3rd 2 weeks and so on.
5 min. warm down.
sometimes do kegals until im tired.
