I’ll be logging my progress here to keep myself accountable. I’ll be starting with a beginner routine and once I see some progress I’ll be using an ADS and extender.
Training schedule won’t be set in stone as I won’t be telling the girlfriend about this in hopes that she’ll comment about a size increase.
