Aceofspaceman's Routine
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday Mornings (immediately after waking up and having breakfast):
- Warm up with moist towel
- 15 minutes jelqing at various degrees of erection
- 15 minutes clamping
- Occaisionally, some other exercises, including O-bends, squeezes
Each day (sometime between lunchtime and dinner):
- 30 minutes of various manual stretches, including cranks, bundled stretches
- Intersparsed skin stretching
