take an ACCURATE measurement. it is not easy to take an accurate measurement so pick a style and stick with it.

you deserve to be happy. be happy.

good luck, we are rooting for you.

What do you mean trickery? Like, knowing what works for your dick and mastering that, versus doing every exercise 110%?

So I do the newbie routine and do the hot towel for 5 minutes twice. Should I add even more heat in between or even during exercises? I also have a little plug-in heater that gets the bathroom pretty damn hot.

Thanks for the kind words man, it really means a lot during a rough time in my life. I appreciate it.

It has been two months with no gains. I switched from a regular OK grip to an overhand OK grip for jelqs (1 day in with new form) and I really like how it feels. So I’m hoping that will help. But I’m also considering extending my newbie routine from 5 to 7.5 minutes manual stretch and from 10 to 15 minutes jelquing. I definitely feel my penis has gotten stronger since I’ve started and after two months in this may be a fine progression. But this is just an idea and I in no way want to injure myself, so I wanted to ask the community what they thought. Thoughts?

Ramping it up *may* work for you - however, it also may not. I’d like to suggest you also consider doing the opposite, i.e. a longer deconditioning break and then starting again with a really, *really* light routine. The reason I’m saying this is that different people seem to be gaining from different levels of intensity; there doesn’t seem to be a one-size-fits-all way to this. I for one definitely appear to benefit from a less is more kind of approach.

I’ve restarted the Newbie Routine twice, slowly ramping it up, but only gained a bit in the beginning (1st attempt) and then the gains stalled. Then I tried something that seemed counter-intuitive to me: I cut out all the jelqing and squeezing, the various stretches in multiple directions etc, even the warm-ups, and just started doing one or two one-minute fulcrum stretches several times throughout the day whenever I went to the bathroom. And that’s when I finally started gaining some length, consistently, about 1mm FSL per week. Been doing this for over 2 months now and it’s still working. Laziest routine ever.
