Warmup with IR Lamp, use throughout session, I keep it on until it feels warm. Ends up being on most of the time.
Wearing TLC Tugger as a very light ADS. Performing Foreskin REstoration
6 workouts (2.5 weeks):
1 on, 2 off
10min warmup
150 3sec wet jelq at 30-50% erection
5 mild rotary stretches to the left and to the right
5 O-bends (left and right)
After Gains Decrease Significantly
7 days (1 week):
10min warmup
3x10 sec SO, L, R, SD, SU
5 rotary stretches to the left and to the right
Decondition
30 days (1 month)
