Hey guys,

I got into PE a week ago. I’m feeling very motivated at the moment and really going for it!
I’m kinda new to forums and I’ve never really been one to share and talk about his stuff, but I think it’d be cool to have a log where I documented all the progress I made and how I achieved it after a long journey. Also for other members, in case I end up succeeding, hopefully could serve as inspiration.

Also, at the moment I’m feeling very motivated with the idea of getting a HUGE dick. But I know it may wear off if I’m not seeing much results. So that’s another reason I’m making this thread, so I can stick to it in the long run (I feel this could be very well be like bodybuilding) making myself accountable for checking in everyday.

I measured the very first day I started my routing:

BPEL: 14.8 cm —> 5.82 inch
MEG: 9.5 cm —> 3.7 inch

Goals
I would like to get an 20x15 cm which would be near the 8x6. I think both measures are below average, but girth is way below it. So first I’d like to catch up on girth and then build proportionally. So:

BPEL: 20.32 cm —> 8 inch
MEG: 15.24 cm —> 6 inch

About the Routine
For this week I’ve been using, and will keep on it in the forseeable months, the Linear Newbie Routine. 2 days on/ 1 off. Started with 10 jelqs and 0 stretches. I’ve been adding 10 more after every rest day. I didn’t do any single kegels so far, but I started today. I think I’ll be doing 5 sec holds right after jelqing.

Today:
30 jelqs -> 2 min (more or less)
5 sec hold x 10 holds.

As I said, I’m very motivated at the moment and I’m literally resisting the urge to jelq more thinking this very little amount won’t do a thing. But again, I think this is a long run and progressive overload + consistency will get me to my goals.

I’ll be checking in everyday, and in the beginning I’ll be measuring the 4th of each month.

On a side note. If anybody knows how to give format to the post (Bold, Curved, Underline.etc) please tell me.

Ok, so today I added the first 30 sec stretches. 1 in each direction. I’m having trouble when pulling upward, don’t really know how to get a good grip so it doesn’t just slip off. Other than that, everything’s fine.

I don’t know if it’s my imagination playing tricks on me but these last days I’ve felt bigger, we’ll see on measurement day. I’m also having some shrinkage on my unit right after jelqing, which from what I’ve read seems normal, but I just don’t see the logic on why it should practically disappear..

With your offhand, try a two finger jelq on the sides to slightly engorge the glans, once done, use an underhand grip instead of overhand, behind the glans. Then assist your stretch with your offhand.

You’re describing, retraction. Perfectly normal. That’s another facet of PE we all try to counteract. The tissues are stressed, they pull in to get warmth and blood, to repair. You can add heat to aid the repair and reduce retraction, use devices to limit retraction, or accept it. Up to you. It generally results in what we call “turtleing”. Penis retracts beyond the surrounding tissue and makes itself a helmet, so to speak. It has no impact on your performance. It’s your body trying to return to what it knows as normal. If you can change your body’s normal, you’ll be steps ahead.

To counteract retraction: Maintain heat, maintain stretch, until cool; either, or. A heated wrap at the conclusion of your workout until ambient temperature is achieved, “cooldown” is the most accepted method. If you have a means to maintain stretch from heated to cool, is most preferred. Not always feasible in manual stretching. A little easier in the shower for manual stretching. Keep the water on, good n hot during your main stretches, then turn around, water on your back, do another set. Turn around for a bit of warmth now and then for comfort. Then relax. Without a heat pad, that’s about all you got. Perfectly effective.

Thanks for the tips, looks like it’s easier to pull upwards that way. I still don’t feel comfortable about it though.
About the shrinking, if it’s normal I guess I’ll just let it be.
