Hello Hello, so if I am remembering correctly I started my PE exercises on September 4, 2021 and after about 2 weeks of doing the newbie routine I can definitely say that my penis does feel more stretchy and is able to do the stretches for a longer period of time. I haven’t done any measuring yet because I am admittedly terrified that I will see absolutely no progress but at the end of the month or on 10/4/2021, I will calm my nerves and measure my situation. I know it has only been 2 weeks and so I shouldn’t expect any visible difference but I really don’t want to be one of those people that PE doesn’t work for. With that being said I will hit you guys back with another update to my progress in about 2 weeks. Fingers crossed and wish me luck.


9/4/2021: BPEL 6", Girth 4.5"

Currently: BPEL 6.25", Girth 4.5"

Goal: NBPEL: 8", Girth 6.5"

Hello Hello, checking in to update you guys on my progress.. Is what I would like to say if there was any. Unfortunately as of right now I have seen no increase in my penis size from doing the newbie routine for about a month, with that being said I was leaving out jelqing because I was under the impression that it would hinder my potential length increases since it also increases girth but since there was no change in my size from just stretching it looks like I will have no choice but to implement jelqing for progress. Here is the routine I am doing right now so far.

I do my routine in the shower, once the water is hot enough I hop in and let it hit my dick to warm it up and from then on I do these stretches:
Downward stretch for 50 seconds
Upward stretch for 50 seconds
Sideways Stretches for 50 seconds on each side
Rotor Stretches- I will do a 30 second long clockwise rotation then a 30 second long counterclockwise rotation and repeat those 5 times

From then on I will just let the water hit my dick for a little while, wash myself and get out to continue my day. I know there are stretches that I am missing because the newbie routine states that there are ten stretches and I only listed 4. As you can probably tell I really don’t know what I am doing with this so any advice or changes to my routine would be greatly appreciated.
