Alode's Routine
Minimum 45 minutes in Two-Stage at no less than 6 inHg; sometimes go for longer sessions up to two hours at 6-7 inHg… or for shorter but more intense workouts (45 to 65 minutes at 7-9 in Hg).. Generally do a follow-up immediately after Two Stage work with cock only in 3”x12” straightwall at 6 inHg for no less than 20 minutes and up to 50 minutes for massively fat slab. Sometime will go for cock and balls in the straightwall at 7-9 inHg to work on stretching scrotum for heavy low hangers. Two Stage works better at huge balls; straightwall gives fatter cock and does a better job at lengthening. I vary the workout concentration depending on the look and feel I want.
